Shipping Information

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1000. For orders below that, a flat ₹50 shipping fee applies at checkout (India only).

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Gentle Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

Contact us at support@hushgentle.com with your order number
We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
Package the item securely and ship it back
Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.

Quality Guarantee

All our products are made with natural ingredients and gentle formulations. If you experience any issues with product quality, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.
