How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. For orders below ₹499, we charge a flat rate of ₹50.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day gentle return policy. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@hushgentle.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. If you experience any quality issues, please contact us immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
